I started CoffeeInc.com because I love coffee and I'm tired of reading about it the way it's usually written — either the mystified specialty grail-quest or the marketing-forward health-claim shelf. I wanted a working buyer's site: honest species and origin coverage, real brew technique, and two owned products developed at my own pace.
I don't own a farm. I don't run a roastery. I'm a coffee obsessive who cares about taste, sourcing clarity, and repeatable brewing, and I'm building this in the open.
The two owned first-drop releases — Roasted Punch (R·01 Performance Robusta) and The Crema (E·01 Uganda Sipi Falls Espresso) — are coming soon in 12 oz, 2 lb, and 5 lb sizes, available in Whole Bean or Ground. No organic, mold-free, toxin-free, or highest-caffeine claims are attached to either SKU.
Today, CoffeeInc.com is a real online retailer with live Shopify inventory, secure checkout, and a curated catalog of organic coffees in their roasters’ original packaging. EVKII, Inc. operates the store from Carlsbad, California.

No USDA Organic seals, no mold-free, no toxin-free, no highest-caffeine claims without documentation attached to a specific SKU. If we can't back it up, we don't say it.
