Product details
Organic Colombia Tolima from the Asociacion Cafe Tolima Suave: rich and refreshing, with a huge, buttery body, light sweet cocoa and Brazil nut flavors, fleeting lychee as it cools, and a short, clean finish. Sold in 2 lb and 5 lb bags.
Cafe Tolima Suave represents 154 coffee producers in Planadas, Tolima, and helps them reach the international specialty market. Ithaca says the association focuses on organic agriculture and reinvests its organic premium in four community education programs: reforestation, sustainable gardening, sensory education in coffee, and entrepreneurial education for women.
Its aromas start earthy, peppery and savory and fade to vanilla and honeysuckle.
