Mocha Java is a blend of coffee from two historic ports. Thanksgiving Coffee Company combines two Ethiopian Sidama coffees, one washed and one dry processed (natural), with a wet-hulled coffee from the island of Sumatra.

The natural Ethiopian brings a sweet, blueberry-like taste; the wet-hulled Sumatra adds a heavy, syrupy body and mellow, buttery flavors. Thanksgiving now offers its organic Mocha Java in 5 lb bags only.
