A Fair Trade Organic single-origin coffee from Jinotega, Nicaragua, grown by the SOPPEXCCA cooperative of 654 farming families. The coffee is picked, depulped and fermented overnight, then washed and sun-dried.
Thanksgiving Coffee Company roasts it light for a smooth, clean cup with gentle brightness. Now offered by the roaster in 5 lb bags only.
